Yvonne Rae Harr is the jeweler/artist behind Whispering Winds Jewelry. She was born in Somerset, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1990. Yvonne has lived in Colorado, Maryland, and currently makes her home in Cottonwood, Utah. Yvonne has been designing original and custom jewelry creations since 1987. She has apprenticed with Hector Ahumada (South American style wire wrap), and Pierre (Wire ring design), in addition to having studied bead-work relating to her native american ancestry. She has exhibited and sold her stylings all over the country. In addition to working hours and hours with her jewelry, Yvonne spends her time in healthy, active purtsuits in the mountains (i.e., alpine skiing, hiking, camping, fishing). She also enjoys golf.

With this website, Yvonne hopes that you, too, can join in on the fun of creating your own jewlery design. Whether it be a ring, a necklace, an anklet, or whatever; you choose exactly how you want it, she will make it. You can also choose to purchase any of the other original designs that are diplayed on the site.
